Thomas Russell graduated from Shaw High School.  After serving on active duty in the United States Army, Mr. Russell returned home to attend the University of South Alabama. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in History and my Master's Degree in Education.  After graduation I was hired as a Social Studies teacher at Mattie T. Blount High School.
